I think we've gotten much better

The coaching staff looks to improved
Davison, Rankins, Bell, Crawley, Harris, Onyemata should improve with another year under their belt.

Getting PJW, Breaux, Kikaha, Sanford, Webb and Swann back from IR throws a lot of talent into the mix. And we likely re-sign Kyle Wilson, Kruger, Mauti, Moore among others

And with the additions of Okafor and Klein our front 7 looks better, and free-agency isn't over yet.

And this is all before we even draft in a freakishly deep defensive draft with 4 picks in the 1st 3 rounds.

No, we aren't exactly the 2000 Ravens, but its looking up.

What would it take to be the 2000 Ravens?

How could we not be? We are gaining 437 players from IR and the only starter gone is Byrd. We added a starting lb, de and possibly a top 5 cb soon. After getting butler all we need is to stay the course and solidify our defense in the draft.

Sign Butler, Barnett DE at 11, TJ Watt LB at 32 and Fabian Moreau CB at 42 gets us really close!

Re: Are we better on Defense?

Have we improved enough the offense can still play like it played last year in some games?

And we are banking on everyone staying healthy? There will be injuries as we have one more hurdle now to solve by probably next offseason when the S&C everyone has been crowing out is exposed. I'm not banking on PJ Williams staying healthy or Swann. They just may not have the size to contend in the NFL. We don't know if Kikaha is really the answer or not.
