Kenny Vaccaro hopes to sign an extension with the Saints

“I think they’re going to wait until after all the offseason stuff,” Vaccaro told The Advocate. “The draft, once the (organized team activities) get going I’ll be here. We’ll see how that goes. I’m not pressing for anything. Obviously, anyone likes to get a deal done.”

I don't get why there are some people who don't like Kenny V. I think he's great. He hits hard, he plays hard and he makes plays. I think he'll just continue to get better.

I agree completely. He was one of the best, if not the best, defensive player on the field before serving the suspension.

Is this truly your best option @ #11? I'm still trying to project where he is a "fit". Defensive coordinators will have to be very creative with his skill set. He is a jack of all trades, master of none type player for me.

Peppers can master one position. It's silly to say otherwise. Plus, he has the versatility to make plays all over the field. True play makers are rare. #11 is high. But, he absolutely could be the best defensive player available. And that's what the Saints need.

Mr. Peppers was targeted 22 times in coverage and gave up 21 receptions last year (1 drop). He had 1 INT while at Michigan. ONE. I'd be extremely wary of the lack of production with pick #11. That doesn't scream best defensive player available to me.

No way I'd select him that high. At 32 ... maybe.

Exactly! I think Peppers is talented and versatile, but he's overrated in this draft. No way he's worth #11.
