He is 20
Likely going through a growth spurt between 18-19 and struggling with it
Seen it plenty with fast twitch athletes

But after he started snorting cocaine and doing steroids after his sophomore season, he was all good.

I think PJ is and will be great, but PJ has had two freak injuries...

This has been a perennial problem with the hamstrings...
