Frank Ragnow C/OG,Arkansas 6052 319 5.14 #72 Sr

Pro Football Focus selected him as the best offensive lineman in the country.

three-year starter

A solid first-year starter at right guard in 2015 as a sophomore in which he allowed 2 sacks over his 13 starts, Ragnow made the move to center for his junior season in 2016 and has impressed with his play, out with a bad outing against Alabama under tough personal circumstances. Larger than many at the center position at 6ft 5, 312 lbs, he offers both length and strength to hold up against physical interior defensive linemen. The progress in year two as a starter has been very positive, playing with better leverage and setting a more effective base to hold his position. The aggressive drive blocking always looked a strength of his game and that continues to stand out. It’s not been the best year for Arkansas, and the O-line that is normal a staple of Brett Bielema football hasn’t been the same this season, but Ragnow is an NFL starter in waiting, and may well chose not to stick around on an average team when he looks ready now.

Man, you'd have to load the charter carefully with all that beef to keep from flippin' it.

Re: And so it begins.... Max Unger out

I liked jack Allen last year but never heard anything about him. I believe he was on the roster last year so apparently he has talent we don't want to lose being poached from the PS. This years UDFA gem could be Cameron Tom. That is another position battle to watch at TC that should be interesting. I love watching the big boys getting around in the heat at camp so you can see who struggles the most early on.
