this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Can Ramzyk play center? I think otherwise the consensus is right on Mangold. We saw what happed last year without Unger against TB....

We wanted him to start in 2014. Last year he was busy sharing time at LG when Unger was out.

I'm not too worried. He's a vet and knows our system by now. He takes it slow and he can be ready for the season. More reps for the other guys.

And trading Ingram for a temporary replacement center?! Our running game already takes a hit without Unger so why make it worse getting rid of our best RB?

In all reality this is the new elephant in the room. Once again, the injury bug hits us........that is the first.

#1 next season is center unless one of our UDFA's excels. Please bring someone else in now.

I don't feel comfortable with Kelemete(calamity) taking the center to start the season. We need to dominate on the O-line to get off to a strong start and his stating replacement isn't on the roster now. jmho

And stop with the Jimmy Graham fail talk. It gave us a first round draft pick and a starting center a couple of years ago and we dropped Jimmy's fat contract. This was a win for the FO. Selecting Anthony was where we failed.
