The problem is no one knows that right now. Even the coaching staff doesn't know. There is certainly potential, but until a down is actually played we can't be certain of a thing. YOu keep saying this has been addressed, that has been addressed. There was an attempt to address things, but we have no idea how any of these moves will pan out. These guys have even put a pad on yet.
Exactly! And that the whole reason I am positive and excited about the potential. And the front office has absolutely addressed the issues, without a doubt. I choose to believe those moves will be successful. That's being positive.

I'm positive that when we circle the drain it won't be until we make a deep play off run. Oh, and thanks for keeping it positive Will.

The only way I would be scared of the article is if Drew was no longer our QB. The whole problem for them is that he still is and I do not think we will be playing with our 5th stringers all year.

So then this year you're predicting a super bowl appearance.

I wouldn't be shocked. Nobody could predict that, but I honestly feel they could make it there. But, that is the difference between being positive and ... not.

Stupid time of the year breeds stupid articles. Nuthin' means nuthin' until the pads are on and the clock is runnin'. However, on a positive note, those writers do need to feed their families. Glad to be able to help them out.

No, really....

You were positive last year, the year before, etc, and you were wrong. There is a difference between positive and unrealistic. You're predictions sometimes are quite unrealistic

If you're positive, put your money where your mouth is and state you expect them to make the SB

Re: Six franchises heading downhill

YARDBARKER, FAIL.

Drew Brees may want to play into his mid 40s. That’s great in theory, but father time pretty much catches up with everyone. At 38 years old and coming off the fifth 5,000-yard passing performance of his career, Brees is still playing at a high level. That’s really not the issue here. Instead, New Orleans has failed in every way to surround him with a roster capable of contending in the NFC.
