Well, probably the most notable player to come back from three knee surgeries would be Carolina LB/S Thomas Davis...
Believe Kikaha's injury is the second on one knee, two previous injuries were on each knee... |

As I said, Davis was the first to come back from three on one knee. The success of the surgery has been far greater in the last few years.
