I have accepted a position in Arkansas. Sorry guy's as close as I could get for right now and will only be about 7 hours from where I grew up off Airline Highway, #5 Tribune Street.

Hey, can we start talking now about getting together for some games? Even if it is only for some tailgating at the superdome. Planning now would get alot more people involved.

Good idea. I\'m always up for going to some Saints games. Of course, I\'m only 45 minutes from New Orleans .. ;)

I have to admit, it would be very interesting to actualyl meet some of you guys. Maybe we could hit Bourbon St. and pick up some chicks the night before the game.

If not, maybe we could rent some for an hour or so ... LOL

Last i heard a group of B&G\'ers were supposed to meet for the home game against the falcons. How did that turn out?

Now we have 3 and I am very glad to see the same familiar names that have been posting for awhile. Good to have veterans on the team. Lets go guys. If we schedule now we can probably get a block of 100 to 200 seats and raise some hell in the terrace level.

No unfortunately it didn\'t because it was at the end of last season and people still didn\'t have faith that we\'d make the playoffs etc. so interest died a little but we still had a group.

We chatted about it and decided to have a game early in the season, maybe within the first 3 or 4 home games, that way we\'d still have faith (at worse we\'d be 0 and 4) and demand would be at the level for gathering group seats.

What I mean by that is the first 2 or 3 home games are always sold out bad. Then there are some seats. I\'ve learned this from saintsreport where they have a game but it\'s not always the frist game, but usually in the first quarter of the season.

When a full schedule gets out we\'ll have to have a meeting online and vote for where we want to go.

I have season tickets but live in Orlando -- I usually make it home for abotu 4 or 5 games. Give the ones I don\'t use to my kid who is at Tulane (so as a fossil I am probably older than most on this board). However -- I am still pretty sure I can outdrink most of you. Might be fun to see the young turks who support the saints nowadays.

Hey guys been a while....sorry i havent posted butI lost my password and everytime i went to post i wasnt logged in and was too much effort to get the password again =P well i finally did it.

Me and my friend, an avid reader of B&G and a die-hard Saints fan and season ticket holder, have decided that this year we will be putting on the best tailgate party in all of New Orleans. I go to every home game as is and will gladly meet any of you who want to get together before the game or after the victory....in fact i will do you one better...

Along with the huge tent, the best food, the loudest radio, and even a television in my van which will probably be used for Madden 2006 challenges...i would be proud and glad to sponsor this website, or rather the other way around and hang a flag for the B&G.net at the tailgate party site. Problem is how can i get a flag with B&G.net logo so that any of you who come to the game can look for us? Any suggestions?

This year we plan on perfecting the art of tailgating in preperation for the oft-rumored tailgating park we hope will be included in whatever arrangement the saints come to for the Dome rennovations, but in the meantime we set up shop under the overpass on the other side of Claiborne Ave. where it is an easy walk to the dome. If anyone has any suggestions as to cool things to have at a tailgating party i would love to hear the suggestions as we want to be the best tailgating stop for years to come, and i cant think of a better way to make it that than by running it under this websites name that is if you dont mind and would like the free advertising. The idea is intoxicating....

Also we are fumbling for a name for our tailgating party to have printed on the tent and have a flag made etc. etc. so if you got any good ideas for a cool name for it let me know as well....meanwhile i probably wont be around too much until after the draft, but i will be back for my 3rd year shortly after and on til the end of the season - i stay away during the offseasons so not to get sucked into the boredom-induced drama.

I know our opponents have been announced, but has the NFL released the order/dates of the games yet? Halo mentioned the difficulties relating to getting early-season tickets, and suggested we pull for a midseason date.

I\'m not necessarily picky, but I\'ll join Cheramielll in support of the Giants game if it\'s a midseason, home date...
