HOWARD FOR BUCHANNON is it true?

I saw on the nfl.com's forum that the trade is done. It was Howard for Buchannon and a 2nd. Can anyone confirm?
Sounds like a nice deal.

OK. ive been looking I cant find anything on it. Cant even find the thread that i saw this on. Sorry sound like it may just be another Howard rumor.

don\'t see it across the wires anywhere. link to the forum?

nice with oakland is that their 2nd is #38, pretty good spot. that could fetch a jammal brown (#16) and 2 LBs or another top DT.

if true this is awesome-we get a CB, Possibly an OT, DT and a pretty good linebacker (brown, Ruud, Castillo...would be awesome). ..or if we wanted to stay with the DT\'s we have (brown, burnett, Ruud..awesome as well)

This is a great trade for both parties if it is true. The second round pick is the kicker. Their are some excellent football players available at a lower price tag in the second round.
We need OT, LB, DT. We can fill all three needs with 3 picks in the top 40.
I also wouldn\'t mind grabbing Arrington as a backup to Duece in the second round if he is still there.

I don\'t think that we need a guy like PB. We would just be bringing back headaches into the locker room and i thought that we are trying to get rid of these kind of players.
