So, the season ticket holders get first shot at getting tickets to TC. Then the people on the wait list will get the next batch of tickets. Then the rest of the fan base get the remnants.

I liked driving into NO then standing in line to get in. Now I've got to order tickets online and race the rest of the fan base for tickets when tickets are released?

No. You have to stand in line the day before TC opens to see if you can get a ticket for later.
