We need high energy to get off to a better start. High energy brings intensity to the program. We have looked lethargic way too often in the past.

Yes we do. That is what I want to see. Talent definitely matters but so does playing with purpose. Guys flying around and to the ball. Nice to hear.

A great deal of that high energy can be traced back to the coaching. Ryan Nielsen is well known for the energy he instills in his squad. The same can be said for Aaron Glenn. I'm not sure about Nolan's coaching style, but he always seems to get great intensity from his units.

This defense is going top be greatly improved.
