How so? He was just being honest, as he always is, when asked about the practice. Payton said much the same after that first day's session, but both really liked the way they looked out there the second day.

I heard the Mayor is planning on removing all "Offensive Humidity and Negativity" by building a giant plastic bubble over the entire city!
