Tommy lee lewis what is so special?

He seems to be a favorite among alot of folks. Why? What us so special about him? I don't see it. I see alot of missed plays and coach just keeps feeding it to him why

He makes big plays when it counts, tons of upside, cheap

I see him miss more than he makes. Nothing to merit all the touches he gets. Just not impressed dime a dozen

The ones I see him make are usually way overthrown. Admittedly I didn't see much of him tonight because other stuff was going on in the room.

He misjudged a deep ball and dove for it when he didn't need to, only pass Grayson has ever thrown on target and Tommy dropped it lol

Besides that, I like Tommy, he breaks tackles better than Cooks did, but Cooks had better hands.

Nobody on offense is exactly springing loose right now, with the exception of that one run by Kamara last week. The plays couldn't be less emaginitive, and that is what happens every preseason. You have to pay attention to the little things, and wait for the real season to start to see if the work these guys have put in will pay off.

I didn't see any of tonight's game, but what I have seen of Tommylee this year has impressed me. I don't like him as a returner, but on offense he's made some tough catches and his routes look better. The speed is clearly there. I think he'll be a weapon once the season starts and the plays become less predictable. Right now he's not getting much open space, and neither is anyone else.

He's made a helluva lot more plays than not...not sure what game(s) you've been watching...

He choked on what should have been a great, long passing play, but he did it in PreSeason, so he's learning...

And he'll be a helluva insurance plan as our No. 2 slot receiver with Brees, Vacarro, AND Snead all needing new contracts next season...
