Geoff Hobson, of Bengals.com, reports free agent LB Jamie Sharper's (Texans) agent, Tony Agnone, said Shaper is looking to have a deal in place with a new team by Monday, April 11.

i may not believe he could land here but i sure hope he could. it would raise the organization offseason evaluation a whole grade to me.

i didn\'t check but last i heard it was probably down to seattle and cincy. i think the jags n browns made offers too.

i\'m sure some kinda technical finagling could be done to sign him until howard is moved. as many have said, we see teams in apparently worse caps situations than n.o. make things happen when they needed to.

whoever he signs with will help push the draft crop down a little..which is good for us in the second. He\'ll probably sign with the bengals..but I was hoping KC.
