they talk of dallas needing d. line help......and in the last 5 yrs 39 defensive ends and tackles have been taken in the first round.....10 in 2003.......free agency has changed things too. the price for a quality d.l. is high, which is why the cowboys have yet to pry away d.e. darren howard from us........
they go on to say the draft is the preferred place to find one, especially in the first round, although sometimes that means reaching too early for a player...........hmmmm, who does that remind us of? smitty
