Considering the front office does not affect the cap I expect Ireland to get a huge new deal.

Since Ireland has been incorporated into the leadership structure of the team:

- We've had far better drafts...

- We've minimized bad free agent signings...

- Most Importantly, we've made the right coaching changes...
