Anybody going to the MNF game?

Falcon fans are calling it the Superbowl of the South. On their web site they are pumped. I was surprised of some of the positive comments about our rivalry. Yet, I have a big dislike for the birds and their fans.

Beating them on national tv would be sweet eet eet.

If you want to know how I feel simply observe the name.

Sure would. The last time I was in the Dome was for the 47-17 drubbing the Saints put on them in 2003.

I\'d like to get to the game if possible.

I know how you feel. I lived there for over 30 years, I know. When the Saints would lose, I could not get rid of them. When we won, I could not find them, amazing. I was probably disliked because I talked too much smack when we won. I would be sick when we lost. Going to work on a Monday morning after a Saints lost was horrible.

My daughter is there now (ATL) and her husband is a bird fan. so he and I go at it quite a bit.

I was thinking about going, but I\'m kinda scared to. Atlanta fans are the most fairweather I\'ve seen and they really get obnoxious when the team is winning.

The thing that scares me is that we are bad in primetime...we almost always lose. Vick will probably put together a Nike montage in that game like he always does. I will get drunk, get mad and get beat up by some redneck from Conyers who has been a fan all the way back from 2002. I hate the Falcons.....if I were there and we WON...I would just get beat up by a redneck season ticket holder from Griffin.

Both scenarios involve me drunk and beat up, which may not be a good idea. The tickets will be expensive since this town loves a gimmick and now they have 2: MNF and Ron Mexico.

I can\'t decide...show me some cheap tix and I may just go

I couldn\'t agree with you more. If you get drunk, I too suggest you stay away. But they already think we are crazy so have a good time and be crazy in the stadium. Outside the stadium, mum\'s the word, win or lose.

i would love to go, but i already go to all the home games so it would take a miracle to talk the wife into this.....but of course i will try!!!!!!!!!!
