what i\'m getting at here is if a player you sign for fairly big bucks does\'nt start to show promise until, let\'s just say the 3rd yr, and in that 3rd yr they have a pretty good yr, and all of a sudden they want their contract reworked for mega bucks, are they worth it? smitty
