I agree -- we could -- all I was saying was for that one year the Saints offense was feared as much as the rams was a few years back. We missed the playoffs because Stabler brought the Raiders back from 28-7 in the 4th to win 35-28.

All we have to do is get some sort of consistency. I really want this O to shine, and get some D help.
I\'m growing weary. If the Bengals and Cards get t o the playoffs before us, I just don\'t know how much more I can go on...

ah, what a poignant memory 4saints. i count that as one of the most historic games in the saints legacy. unfortunately it is of the negative sort. they had just whipped the falcons 30something to single digits the week before. it was about the most excitement in saint history to that point. playoff possibilities and playing on monday night. wasn\'t it 28-0 at the half? 35-28, ouch, that hurt bad. i think it had a profound affect on the coaches and team too. the next season started 0-14, nolan fired or quitting, and finishing with one 21-20 win over a bad jets team.

Your memory isn\'t that bad either -- 28-0 at half against a very good Oakland Raider defense and team -- Such a shame -- And the next year was the start of the bagheads --

What i was originally saying is...not how good or bad any of them are, but the fact that the three of them are all going to break major franchise records in the same season is uncanny. Fans love Joe, fans love Deuce..AB...well AB is almost alone. I know he hasnt been consistent and he has done some of the strangest things i have ever seen a QB do, I just think a lot of the things that arent his fault have all come back on him.
