We have our starters, we just need depth...

Bring in a true slot corner via FA. I'm not ruling out Malcolm Butler either.

Draft a SS or see what it would take to acquire Morgan Burnett or take a flyer on Eric Reid.

Offer Breaux a vet minimum, let him compete for a roster spot. I don't think he's a lock to make this 2018 team.

Butler is not the slot CB everyone thinks he is and his market price won't justify his production - bank it...

Butler... if he had a chance to run to any team, we will be prime suspect.

We had a very good meet with him last off season before the trades were happening. He knows who we are after the time he spent last off season.

PJ is depth, not a legit starter
Vaccaro will be gone
Breaux can't stay healthy
Rafael is depth
Vonn needs to be more consistent

We need upgrades in the secondary.

I would rather have no safeties than Eric Reid. PJ is a joke and needs to go. Sign KV and have him play a lb/ss hybrid. Breaux for a vet min is a great idea. Make him prove he can play a full season.

'76, What would you upgrade? Bell? Not a bad group of starters as they are now...

RCB (2) 23 - Marshon Lattimore, 24 - Sterling Moore (Free Agent)

SS (3) 48 - Vonn Bell, 31 - Chris Banjo, 34 - Justin Hardee

FS (2) 43 - Marcus Williams, 25 - Rafael Bush (Free Agent)

LCB (3) 20 - Ken Crawley, 26 - P.J. Williams, 37 - Arthur Maulet

Why?

Kenny will make one or two tackles at the line while in the box, most will spin it as a "good game". Then many will forget the 3-4 passes he gives up or the pass int in the same game. PFF rates him as CB because he plays so much slot & ranked as low as #116th. He's been a bad safety in zone.

As you state, you would like him to play LB/SS hybrid and this has been his only area that he excels (close to the line). Do you think the Saints will really want to pay TOP DOLLAR to do just that?

IMO, that money should be spent else where.
