Meuller on the Saints pick
 

Dustin L: Derrick Johnson is going to be taking calls from real estate agents in Houston very shortly.

Gary Horton: (2:50 PM ET ) Houston has traded this pick to NO for 16th overall pick and their third round pick in next year's draft. Randy Mueller is saying they are trading up to get Jammal Brown.

Gary Horton: (2:51 PM ET ) If it is Jammal Brown, they must have had a fear Carolina was going to take them. Carolina had a huge need there. If it's anybody else, it's hard to see why they had to trade up.

Randy Mueller: (2:56 PM ET ) Jamal Brown is an excellent choice. He comes with toughness, attitude and passion. He's strictly a right ackle but thats what they need. He has natural knee bend and is nasty. That means Mayberry will play right guard where he's more comfortable. Carolina was going to take Brown and a 3rd rounder next year is not a bad price. They get better upfront right now.
