Terron Armstead hoping he’s found recipe to stay healthy for Saints

Isn't there a potential "out" in his contract in 2019? If so...recipe found.

I don't care if he has to take a Chicken Noodle Soup enema, Mr. Glass needs to toughen the **** up and ruck up this season...

But with Ramcyzk likely a better tackle, and should Leonard show capable, Armstead better be available this season...

Armstead is a good as it gets "when" he's on the field.
When a QB doesn't have to have eyes at the back of his head great things can happen.
My knees hurt and I'm only 230. Dude is carrying 300 and wrestling 300 everyday.
He gets a pass from me for a few dings and dents.
He keeps coming back and I'm glad every time I see him.
I'm hoping for the best. Healthy Armstead lends towards a healthy Brees.

For the millions paid to him, showing up to work half the time (he's missed right at half regular season games past two seasons) - that isn't going to get it...
