If you can't pass protect in New Orleans ... you'll eventually be shown the door. Unfortunately Shane Vareen has never really been good in this department.

None of these players impressed me, so I'm not surprised that they didn't look good to other people too.

He definitely needs more time on those Oklahoma drills. Tackling was spotty at best.
