Re: Saints vs. Rams Game Day Thread

MD is a physical specimen. Stinchcomb pointed out that he is a tick slow off the snap & trying to read first. This will not be a prob once he gets more experience, which was my concern w/him missing so much time this TC. Trey is so quick off the snap he looks offsides much of the time. MD gets to that point & he will be devastating.

And Mohammed won't make this roster but it won't shock me if he is picked up by another team after the cuts.

Did y'all hear Stinch say tackling Scott was like trying to tackle a fire hydrant? Love that. He is not Sproles-like either. Someone on here compared him to Joe Morris, and that is much more fitting. Dude is tough between the tackles. Loved this pick then & love it more now after seeing him for 4 games.

James Laurinitus Part II.

Klein is a liability on the field but that's just me.
Then we should keep Jayrone Elliott

Cameron Tom after last night is now clearly the top backup interior lineman. I think both he and Clapp will make the 53 because of the flexibility of Peat to slide out to tackle.

McEvoy...not sure he makes the team. I think that spot comes down to Carr and Lewis. I'm also not sure Tate makes the 53. We know what he can do on returns but we didn't see him at WR too much.

This is the first season that I can remember that we have a lot of good players, especially young talent, that might not make the 53 and a few that might not stay on our Practice Squad if they don't make the 53.
