After weel 1 which team would you rather have going into week 2?
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; 48-40 and we lost. We came out of the game pretty healthy and still able to prepare for the marathon season. Would you rather be 1-0 with a starting CB on IR, a DE banged up, and your two top ...

After weel 1 which team would you rather have going into week 2?
48-40 and we lost. We came out of the game pretty healthy and still able to prepare for the marathon season.
Would you rather be 1-0 with a starting CB on IR, a DE banged up, and your two top receivers getting hurt during game 1 with 15 to go or lose by a score with the ability to retool and go into game 2 healthy? Jackson and Evans got hurt, Hargreaves is on IR, and JPP is also banged up. |

Agreed. We come out better overall. Add to that fact that Atlanta lost their two top defensive players to IR and Carolina lost Olsen to a broken foot and had a couple of other injuries. They had already lost two starters from the o-line for the season. Football is a game of attrition. Good point. In a way we won in week one.
