If he's a hot up and coming coach no one is going to give a crap that he turned down a Bengals job, except the Bengals.

That team is in a big transition from a coach that layed a bad tradition of flop after flop it’s going to be a struggle for a while AG not thinking of the cash there offering as a DC he feels another championship is so close he can taste it plus usually he’s in for a raise when someone calls on u. Or maybe ... just maybe Aaron didn't want to interview for the Cincy job?
On the surface, doesn't it look better to see that the "Saints block" rather than AG himself saying that he's not interested? He'll certainly get more opportunities down the road so he could be protecting himself. Just my 2 cents. |
