Parker currently leads the league in yards per attempted pass, and he wouldn't have the pressure of being the No. 1, and he's enough speed, size to draw attention outside... But, again, Parker's development, progression has taken f-o-r-e-v-e-r, so how long will it take him to even learn a third of the Payton Playbook? That's my concern on him... |

I’m looking around the league and there aren’t a ton of options. Maybe a guy like Jaguars WR Keelan Cole? Very cheap and he’s had some good productivity.
