Yep - got to constantly evolve, tweak, stay ahead of the game; then again, everyone knows Brady's going to a healthy Gronk, sometimes not healthy, and still couldn't stop it like Graham...

Not seeing what the article is reporting as Cook's simply not built like Graham, so I'm not buying Sigler's cited salesmanship by Dan Campbell; that's no fault of Sigler, he's just reporting it...

Seam/Go routes? Sure. And Cook may have more success than JG unless a quality SS is matched up. But much of the success with JG was post-up/dump bucket plays for 3rd down conversions/red zone variety...

Cook's much smaller than JG and so Drew will have a much tighter window to make those dump passes...

He's 6'5"

But either way, for two seasons the safety of LB in pass defense could shade to Thomas' side. Not going to happen next season with Cook on the field

Cook is 6'5, 250 (think Jeremy Shockey) and still runs a sub 4.50 40. If a safety takes his eyes off Cook for a split second, forget it, Ted Ginn is gone. The presence alone makes JC an instant threat in this offense.

He's a top 5 TE who I bet SP envision placing him in the slot & at WR.

If we are "clicking" (protection up front) offensively, this team will be hard to stop in December/January.

Who dat!
