Arnold D. Fielkow enters his fifth season with the New Orleans Saints, having recently been promoted to Executive Vice President. In this capacity, he serves as the Saints' top senior management official on the administrative/business side and oversees all aspects of administration: marketing and sales, governmental affairs, community relations, business media relations and youth programming.
