USA Today/Saints Wire: Darren Sproles was seen catching passes from Drew Brees in a video from a recent offseason workout. Is Brees recruiting him?
 

It would be great if Sean Payton would make this happen, now; so we can find out if he's still got another season, and a championship run in the tank...

Kamara, Murray, Sproles, Ozigbo with Line at FB would be the best in the land...

He's had a great career. Single season APY NFL Record with us. It's an amazing accomplishment. And he was/is? still playing decent at 36.

I don't think we need him at all but certainly not bashing him. Except that one KO fumble in the NFC championship. Still have PTSD from that one.

Good player. Seems like a good guy. Wasn't his wife a pain in the ass tho? Wasn't she trash talking the Saints a bunch after he left?

If he's on the roster then that means we don't have enough solid depth. He's over the hill and we need to focus on the young players. I like him but his wife is another story....

It’d be cool to see Kamara and Sproles on the field at the same time catching passes out of the backfield. At 36 though, it’s hard to imagine there’s much left in the tank.

Love what he brought to New Orleans the biggest heart in the game but a roster spot is huge in today’s game.

Yep.

Sproles hasn't topped 200 yards either rushing or receiving in the last two years and only scored one TD. We traded Sproles for a 5th in 2014,and now he's 5 years older many want him back. I just don't get bringing back used up players or is it just a Saints thing?

Saints will win with younger, faster, stronger players.

As stated before, hard pass on Darren.
