Even time I see Cam in his favorite attire, giving an interview with enough I's in it to be in Guinness, or doing his favorite pose while being down by 30, I am grateful he's not a Saints and amazed that any owner could see him as the face of their franchise.

Look, get not putting Taysom in after Brees last night, the game after Bridgewater had an awful game, and Taysom rolled - that'd really stoked a possible distraction as this team begins a tough four-game start...

But I also believe Taysom should get some time with the ones as well, maybe in the next game, to really evaluate his progression and to discover if he can be our guy...

Especially with some serious talent about to hit the NFL at QB in the following draft...
When Sean likes someone he has trouble hiding it (ask his exwife)... I agree Hill should get time with the 1s, I also think Sean wants to see if TB has rust or is pretty much done.

I'm all for not exposing Hill to the extra stuff. He's a great competitor and tough as nails. But, it's more of a great story than production in regards to him being the backup QB or not. He is the backup QB. He can lead the Saints to victories now and in the future. It's time to cut out the extra stuff.

I agree that we don't trade Teddy, but Taysom is not our QB of the future. He's 29 today, and while he IS a tremendous weapon, he IS not an NFL quarterback

29 too old? Drew Brees is 40 Andrew Luck retired at the "young age" of 29.
