Who do you want at starting QB if Brees can't start next week?

Based on what I saw today and preseason, I have to give the start to Hill. Teddy looked like he played in preseason today. Hill provides the x factor.

While I'd pick Taysom Hill, I can't see Payton making that kind of change without giving Teddy a week with prep.

I want Taysom. I feel bad for Teddy. He had no chance today. The team played like crap and the refs were NOT going to let us win that game. No way. No how. Sean isn't going to play Taysom as the starter anyway...

Teddy is probably the better option with a full week of reps at practice. Hill will likely see twice the normal activity.

Hill provides a spark. He can run and pass better than Teddy.

Someone else here said this in preseason and I made fun of the very idea but I just don’t know if these guys wanna play for TB. Maybe he just doesn’t have the ability to create a spark.

Teddy is the better passer. He is also rough with the timing. There is no time to refine it now. Have to roll with Taysum. He may pass, he may run. Totally screws up defenses. We might be able to edge some out with him. Teddy no way. He's one dimensional and his timing will be off for a while. Play the wild card and see what happens. It won't be pretty but at least we always have a shot.

Well everyone wanted to see if either of these guys have what takes to be Brees successor. Guess we are about to find out. We have about another good 4-5 weeks to figure it out before we tank for a draft pick.

Coaches made Bridgewater the #2. I'd like to see him get a week working with the 1s and see how he does.

I see Payton going 60-40 Bridgewater - Hill. Neither is going to get us there but, combined it could happen. A real nightmare for defenses. It already is just need to expand it.
