Sanu was traded to the evil empire for a second rounder
The Falcons Fire sale has begun

Good that Sanu is going to NE.

The Pats were interested in Emmanuel Sanders.

Now we have to hope the 49ers bow out. They’re the other team interested.

C'mon Loomis ... make it happen.

We need this guy.

Have the Saints shown interest in Sanders? I haven’t seen a link yet.

Yes.

Albert Greer has reported that the Saints have shown interest (contacted the Broncos) in Sanders.

** Ben Albright covers the Broncos in Denver. He's in the know - Saints have definitely called about Sanders.

WR's seldom have much success when traded mid season. I looked at some stats on it and the results are weak. Only a few times it worked out in like a decade. Same for RB's. Amari did ok last year but it wasn't anything special. Golden Tate fell off a cliff.

AJ Green, even if we could get him, it would take weeks before he got any consistency and he might not be healthy.

Beast - wth?

Amari ended up with 91 receptions / 1,346 & 11 TDs up here in Deathstar nation & produced when it mattered most against division rivals. He also had over 400 YAC in 2018.

Dallas was going no place until they traded for him. He presence changed the run game & influenced the way teams defended that offense. He NEVER dropped a a pass, converted countless 1st downs (only behind Julio and Michael Thomas) & graded out as 5th among all WR's. He is a SUPERIOR ROUTE RUNNER. Definitely the missing piece in the Cows scheme.

He's a weapon, did far better than "ok" and was worth the trade.

I did say it kinda worked out with Amari but he did have some busted games in there. Golden Tate though no way. I could list all the WR's and RB's traded mid season and show you, the results are horrible overall but WR's do pan out a little more than RB's. If a team is getting a RB trade mid season that is like a death sentence. Never want to be in that situation like getting a Kenyan Drake. Can't wait to see that disaster go down.
