Report: Saints re-sign rookie WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey to practice squad
The New Orleans Saints shuffled their depth chart at wide receiver over the weekend, promoting third-year pro Krishawn Hogan from the practice squad and waiving rookie Lil’Jordan Humphrey from the 53-man roster. Humphrey passed through waivers unclaimed, and reportedly re-signed with the Saints practice, per Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. Hogan played 10 snaps on offense and four on special teams in New Orleans’ 31-9 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

He may not progress in the NFL, but he passed the eye test at Texas and in the preseason.

Add seasoning and you've got a good player for the system. He's not fast but he's a good possession receiver.

Harris has done more in 8 games than our former #11(TLL) did in 2 years for the Saints. I still believe that if it had been AK or MT, PI would have been called against Rams. Sorry, still not over it yet. |
