This offense must be a bit too complex for him to grasp on the fly. I saw him lined up in the wrong formation and almost cost us to use a precious timeout.

He's no rookie and Brees having to explain things to him on the sideline is not a good sign. At this point, I'm hoping to have Keith Kirkwood back next week to see if he can provide a spark and take some heat off #13.

Speaking of Kirkwood, I thought he was finally healthy? Didnt see him on the inactive list.

The Saints have 2 weeks (if I remember correctly) to carefully evaluate him before making a decision on a roster spot.

Kirkwood was present at practice on last Wednesday, so essentially he could play next week vs the Panthers.

You know what is becoming extremely frustrating...that the whole world knows we need a#2 and SP is being stubborn. Frustrating.
