We're finding ways to win without playing our best football. We're also having to play against these stupid referees. I think we're in a great position to win this whole thing. Payton just has to get this team to finish strong.

The Ferrari is going in for services this week. SP will go to work and clean up a lot of things for next Sunday's showdown vs the Niners.

I'm still waiting for the offense to "click" on all cylinders ... I thought the performance vs the Bears was close.

Isn't that the game where we only scored fg's? I thought the Cardinals game was our most complete game.

Naw.

2 Glove Teddy had a very impressive (238 yards/2 TDs/no INT's) showing.

We put up 36 points on the road against a stout D.

I thought we were truly "clicking" in all phases of the game - minus that kickoff return & subsequent TD by Patterson.

I’ll just take average play on both sides of the ball. I’m sick of seeing our offense flounder and having to rely on elite defensive play to win the game or our offense doing its job while the defense gets gashed.
I can’t remember the last time we got good play from both sides of the ball in the same game.

But we are only 5 more penalties a game and a few more onside kicks away from playoff disaster. :rolleyes:
