I just can't see Sean Payton breaking from Dennis Allen especially since the defense carried us a lot this year and we finished 13-3. I believe Payton is loyal to a fault. Do you remember how long it took to get rid of his ineffective position coaches? That new group of coaches came in and took us to the next level on defense. Nielsen and Nolan have been integral parts to our success. We have actually developed players under their coaching who are well prepared. Nolan will be missed terribly I have a feeling. It's hard to find someone with his credentials and skill at communicating with his players. Hopefully, we've got his replacement ready to come to New Orleans.

When I was in the city again this weekend, I went Uptown to the Whole Foods Market at Arabella Station; nobody wanted to own up to it when I asked...

I'll try the one on Vets near Causeway next...

The french truck latte up front is...life. Pair it with one of the little chantilly cupcakes and THEN go shopping.

I buy way less after that

Bump …

Dennis Allen looked like he had seen a ghost last night. No 2nd half adjustments whatsoever. To see a TE roast us for almost 4 quarters was hard to watch.

Is it the players or scheme?

definitely a pattern.

The State Rests its case.

I would like to add that our secondary, which should be DA's forte, should be named the Choke Patrol.
Sorry Man we can't use any part or reference to the word "Choke"
You see that team up there in Atlanta has all legal and trademark rights.

Words related to choke
clog, congest, drown, suffocate, kill, gag, gasp, strangle, stifle, fill, obstruct, close, check, overpower, suppress, noose, occlude, asphyxiate, dam, stop

I haven't watched any of the games and only read you guys lost this past week after leading big. But SP is the problem qith the defense. He made spags a scapegoat and anyone could tell spags was installing a system that was going to take time ( and some frigan talent) to work. He just one another super bowl as a dCoord, but please keep blaming the coord. This is all on SP and all you have to do is see how many he has had. BTW not trying to be a dick to you guys, but youre not going to the super bowl.

Your team stinks

Baloney. Coach Payton is not “THE” problem. All teams have good days/bad days, same for coaches. There is little “wrong” with this team, and its’ coaches. It is a transition time, nothing more, nothing less, team has an aged QB. It’s that simple. This team, with an aged QB still can go to the big dance. Personally, I like younger, hungrier players, over aging vets. But, that’s just me.

I think blaming a gazillion defensive coordinators for the defense never really being good enough isn't fair. SP can't keep his hands off
