Woah - that IS a good idea. They\'ll probably argue that you didn\'t have to watch them, but then again the cigarette companies argument that people choose to smoke failed miserably. I wouldn\'t do it, but honestly I think someone could and they would win. I heard on the radio a few days ago about a guy who bought an RV, brought it on the interstate, put on cruise control and then got up out of the driver\'s seat to go in the back and make coffee. Needless to say the thing ran off the road and crashed. What\'s amazing is that he sued Winnebago b/c their manual did not say that when cruise control is on the vehicle will NOT steer itself. He was awarded $1.75 million and a new RV. If he can win that, someone can win against the Saints.
