Announcers on ESPN said Haslett and Belichick have agreed to play their starters well into the 3rd quarter this week. God knows we need it.

Yeah i heard that too....not uncommon practice in the preseason.

The way i see it...this should be a good indicator on how we measure up, because we are playing the standard. Preseason or not, we should know where we stand.

I hope they take this opportunty to stick it to the Pats for a couple of quarters.
