Dude, nobody ever questioned the fact that he threw out the first pitch for a minor league team. Why are you continually posting the these links?

John Lynch is not a baseball hall of famer and he never pitched for the Florida Marlins, he pitched for the Erie Sailors. Both of those statements are facts....so leave it alone.

..from that link:

"John was a second-round draft choice of the Florida Marlins in 1992 (66th overall)... Actually threw first pitch in history of Marlins’ organization... John’s hat now resides in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown."

...give it a rest already...

When the swammi ask if this was a riddle or fact the answer should've been "riddle" Everyone know if you ask a question about in the hall of fame literally everyone going think inducteed. Everyone haven't had a chance to visit Cooperstown to verify the answer to your question.

.. Here's your original question:

"Name a current player in the NFL who is in the Baseball Hall of Fame"

Here's what the article says:
"John’s hat now resides in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown"

John Lynch's hat is NOT a current player in the NFL.

You are trying to be funny, but you are not...

....going to my Danno bin...
