I believe the saints will not draft in the top ten like most. What I do believe is the Saints getting rid of Rob alone will once again return to bottom half of the draft.

Round 1 Adoree' Jackson CB/WR USC 5-11 186 4.43
?
Speed kills and speed is what this kid is all about. Teams avoid him like a plague on deep routes. He mans up against the speed burners. Dude has hands to boot. Good luck qualifying for the Olympics. 10.38 100-meter dash, placed No. 5 in the long jump (25-feet-4 3/4 inches). Bring on your burners baby this kid can run with and defend any of them.

Round 2 Josh Augusta, NT, Missouri 6-4 335 5.10?
Keep an eye on this kid in the SEC. I am expecting good things out of him. Penetration is a key word when talking about this kid. He gets a few sacks but he is one of the best interior defensive lineman in the NCAA for racking up tackles for loss, TFL. He should flirt with 15 TFL this year. If he gets his sacks up to about 5 he may find himself in round 1.

Round 3 Dion Dawkins OT/OG Temple 6-5 315 5.27
Only reason he is on the board in the third is he is 6045. Solid all around game. Pass and run blocking are all there. What I like is his play comes at the second level. He nails his assignment at the second level and always looks for a third or a fourth. He is a nasty pancake maker that is always on the move. OG is were he ends up in the NFL. Two inches taller and he might have been flirting with round 1 at OT by seasons end. Arm measure will be huge for him but after watching him locking onto defenders I think he should be fine.

Round 4 Mitch Leidner, QB, Minnesota 6-4 236 4.70
Saints need another QB young QB in their stable. I love the way Mitch plays. Attitude. He is the reason Minnesota offense has done so well over the past few years. He is a project with solid upside but the intangibles are off the chart. Guts heart and does not get rattled.

Round 5 Redskins trade to select DT David Onyemata.

Round 6 Jelani Hamilton DE/DT Miami 6-5 302 4.74
Jelani Hamilton is my prospect to watch in 2017. I am expecting when all is said and done he should be a hot commodity at draft time. He is built like a DT but has the speed of a DE. He is a great development prospect and round 6 should be a steal for the saints

Round 7 John Johnson CB BC 6-0 198 4.50
Interesting developmental prospect with solid coverage skill and attitude. Watch him jump out the building at the combine. If the kid runs half decent at the pre draft beauty pageant. I see him a developmental CB/S that can play both position and improve our depth at both potions.
