How are Experience Points calculated

How are Experience Points calculated and Awards given.

Points are given for:
http://blackandgold.com/xperience.php?go=earn
http://blackandgold.com/xperience.php?go=earn&do=thread
http://blackandgold.com/xperience.php?go=earn&do=post
http://blackandgold.com/xperience.php?go=earn&do=misc

You can rack up points for features not often used like Social Groups, Blogging, Voting on threads, etc. The easy stuff people always do like post replies are weighted less.

Smart members try to use the other features and gain more points.

We need more specific awards and I'm having a look at adding more...
