PROFESSIONAL
Keyuo Craver is entering his second season in the AFL, both with the Rattlers. Last season, Craver was one of only two Rattlers who played in and started all 16 games. As a rookie, Craver led the team with 113 tackles, 97 of which were solo, and both of which led all AFL rookies. His tackles, along with his 32 assisted tackles, set new team records. Tied for the team lead with three interceptions and had one tackle for loss. He led the team with 14 passes broken up and four forced fumbles, both of which were second among all AFL rookies. His accomplishments landed him on the AFL all-rookie team. Craver joined the Rattlers after two seasons with the CFL’s Edmonton Eskimos. In 2006, Craver started the first 13 games of the season and recorded 49 defensive tackles, two special teams tackles, three pass knockdowns, one forced fumble and three interceptions for 81 yards. He also returned four kickoffs for 80 yards. Craver finished the 2005 season starting the last three regular season games, both playoff games and the Grey Cup. Craver signed with the Eskimos as a free agent in April 2005, helping the Eskimos take the 2005 CFL championship. Craver was originally drafted in the fourth round (125th overall) by the New Orleans Saints in 2002. He spent three seasons with the Saints, played in 12 games over two years recording 22 tackles.
