Thank you note to Mr McAllister!

Before this season started, i had no idea how i'd feel without Deuce running on the field or reading his name in the roster, i don't know if i can really see the reality of it.
I know players come and go, but it seems as though this one player has grown on me, i have a couple of his Jersey's that i grasp during gameday, i wear one of the RB's Jersey's on Thursday and Friday and Drew Brees Jersey on Gameday, it's just my ritual, not being able to support Deuce has been kinda heart breaking, i wore his Jersey until the colors wore off, it's now sitting in my closet the entire year it sat there, until i heard his name and he was signed back to the roster..
I got excited and grabbed it out of my closet and put it on immediately and ran outside to show everybody around here in "Florida" where i live who im supportin for the Cards game.. i even took a long ride around the city..(Tampa)
Well i came back home an hour or so later, and read he wasn't going to play, i still was damn happy they signed him on for whatever it would be and i knew that ignited the Saints locker room having him in there and around the guys again..

Well today i read he retired, i suddenly realized Deuce was a solider for this team, he gave up his body for this team and to make this city proud of a ball club in something he just happened to like to do anyway.
But every year he striven to come back the team came up short on the ultimate prize..
Well we finally have that opportunity of a lifetime again to finish what he started, Deuce was the beginning of how elite this ball club would be come since he was introduced to us..
He'll have a lasting legacy with this team and the city..
