I agree, we got screwed but now the Tigers have to take care of business the rest of the season...

I know this is a LSU biased site, but I went to Auburn and all I can say is both teams played extremely well on the defensive side of the ball. Auburn may have gotten a couple of calls, but they don't call it home field advantage for nothing. None of the questionable calls brought back a score, just a potential score. The fact remains Auburn put the ball in the endzone LSU didn't. Auburn now has the inside track to the SEC West and the national title game. I think Auburn just passed the biggest test they will have all year.
WAR DAMN EAGLE!!!

The problem is now that we lost to an SEC West team. Basically out of all of our big games this was the one we could least afford to lose. We would need Auburn to lose two games before the SEC championship to have a shot at the national championship....that is unless Auburn goes into the SEC championship with one loss and loses to a Georgia or Florida that already has 2 losses. But then again losing to a 2-loss team would probably eliminate us from any considerations anyway. It's not looking good.

Actually, the winner of the SEC champ game gets an automatic BCS bid. Even if we only had the one loss to Auburn, and the SEC East team had two losses, they would go to a BCS bowl game, and everyone else basically gets left out. Unless Auburn loses two, we are done. It sucks bad to go out that way.
