If you slept through the college football season last season and picked up the 2012 Alabama football media guide, you might think the Tide went unbeaten, rather than 12-1.

A typo in the Alabama media guide listed the Tide's 9-6 overtime loss to LSU on Nov. 5 in Tuscaloosa as a victory. It probably feels that way to some LSU fans after the Tigers were dominated in a 21-0 loss to the Crimson Tide in the BCS Championship Game in New Orleans on Jan. 9.
The score was listed correctly in the score column at 6-9 OT, but there was a 'W' instead of an 'L' in the won-loss column of last year's game-by-game results. LSU won that game on a 25-yard field goal by Drew Alleman, his third of the game. The Tigers finished the season 13-1.

That 2nd game was such an ass-whooping it was agreed by all that the 1st game should be considered a win as well. :p

I'm sure LSU has the Bama game circled on their calender. They have the opportunity to shut us all up.

The Tide beat themselves in Tuscaloosa. The Tide STOMPED LSU in the Superdome. 13 National Championships. Nothing more to see here.

My wife is a law student at LSU & she has tickets for "THE GAME" this year.

Awkward as things have been between us the last decade or so, I've told her to attend the game with her friends & I'll keep a safe distance ...

... I can always gloat once she gets home ... ROLL TIDE!!! :)
