Nothing really to see here. Bama has the defense LSU use to have. LSU has an offense Bama wish it had. Bama's defense however is stifling and takes the game over but it won't be easy. LSU makes some plays to keep it comfortably close but not enough to send it to OT. Bama by 10 or LSU upset but it take place in OT, maybe double.

After FB Copeland of LSU got stripped right near the end zone, that was a total momentum breaker. It was Alabama from there on out.

+1. I have thought all season that the D (specifically the front 4) of LSU has definitely has taken a step backwards. Where is Montgomery, Minter, Mingo and Reid when you need em?

I called it pre-season, and it was pretty much a forgone conclusion. When a dozen of your 5-star underclassmen bolt for the NFL, that has to take its toll. It may have ended up being more than 12, I lost count.

Four or five underclassmen leaving can be compensated for, but not twelve?

LSU was a 3 loss team before the season even began.

Indeed ... the cubbard looks bare on defense by comparison. Bama looks like it will repeat.

At halftime it was still a game but nevermind, I didn't come on here after the game. Bama is going to Roll though, nobody stopping that freight train this year.
