LSU in the Championship

CBSSports.com's college football version of March Madness has reached its final step -- the championship game. Now that the 64 best helmets have been whittled down to a final two, we have entered the most important part of our tournament bracket to determine the game's best helmet.

A reminder of our ground rules: (1) one helmet maximum per FBS school, (2) the helmet had to be worn during a game in 2014. That's it. From there, the Eye on College Football team (Tom Fornelli, Jerry Hinnen and Chip Patterson) created our lists, ranked the helmets and compiled this bracket for you. These brackets were not segmented using any particular method, and neither rivalries nor locations were considered.
