I saw this stupid ass chihuahua run down the sidewalk the other day, then jump right out on the street. thank god there were no cars at the time or he would have got CREAMED. I wouldnt say any animal is very bright. Hell, half the asian drivers up here in seattle have the same IQ as that parrot
