Fish Oil? Not so fast....
 

If you are concerned about heart disease, diabeties or cancer, this is an eye opening piece from Brian Peskin.
He says "Follow the Science" and that "too much medicine is money masqurating as medicine"

Peskin says Fish Oil is horrific and should be left alone like the plague.
He make a compelling arguement and sites study after study.

He claims that Omega 3 Essencial Fatty Acids (EFA) are not needed since the body makes them as needed from Parent Fatty Acids and supplements actually overdose (1000mg daily) people with unneeded EFA. EFA actually do more harm than good.

As you might expect, there are many on the other side of this issue. I will never take omega 3's again in a supplement form again. You can derive the desired result from eating enough of the Essencial Parent Oil and letting your body convert it into the Omega 3 EFA as the body needs it.

You can do this by eating a 1/4 cup of whole sunflower seeds with a 1/4 cup of whole almonds. This does the same thing and doesn't overdose your system.
